Which payment methods do you accept?

We take cash, credit, Venmo, and Cash App.

Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment we do not offer Gift Cards.  We are working on it and hope to roll this out in the fall of 2022

What is your return policy?

At Tranquil Wicks, our goal is to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their candles. If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please email WeCare@TranquilWicksLLC.com so we can assist with returns. We offer full refunds on unused, unlit candles in original packaging returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.

Missing or Late Refunds:

Before contacting us, first reach out to your bank or credit card company, as posting refunds can take time. If they're unable to help, email WeCare@TranquilWicksLLC.com for assistance.

 

Sale Items: 

Regularly priced items can be refunded, but sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
